Research on Organizational Resource Allocation and Synergy Evaluation of Commercial Bank Head Office and Branches:Based on the Perspective of Yangtze River Delta Integration

Abstract
With the rise of the Yangtze River Delta integration to a major national strategy,the commercial banks in the Yangtze River Delta play a crucial financial supply role in developing regional economic integration,building a manufacturing powerhouse,and developing industries in the Yangtze River Delta.This paper takes the perspective of head office and branch organization of commercial banks and uses the principal agent model to derive that business performance,branch strategy execution ability,profitability and management span are the key factors of organizational resource allocation in head office and branches of commercial banks.This paper sets up the evaluation index system of head office and branch organizational resources synergy,and uses the composite system synergy evaluation model to assess the organizational resources synergy after being empowered by entropy value method.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward policy suggestions in terms of small and medium-sized bank development,strategy execution ability,key areas,business opportunities and cross-regional resource allocation to provide research ideas for optimizing head office and branch resource allocation and synergy.关键词
