省域循环经济发展动态分析及差异研究
Dynamic Analysis and Difference Study of Provincial Circular Economy Development
摘要
Abstract
Circular economy development plays an important role in accelerating the smooth coordination of the national economic system and the sustainable and rapid development of economic and social undertakings.Taking 30 provinces and regions in China from 2016 to 2021 as the research objects,this paper constructed the measurement index system of circular economy development,determined the index weight by using the vertical and horizontal scatter degree method,obtained the measurement value of circular economy development from 2016 to 2021,and used the nonlinear programming method combined with the TOWA-GA hybrid operator to calculate the comprehensive index value of circular economy development.The fluctuation value and direction of provincial circular economy development status ranking were measured,and finally the hindering factors of circular economy development in each province were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.关键词
