Abstract
In recent years,with the deepening of the degree of aging in our country,the urgent needs of the elderly for medical treatment,pension,rehabilitation,nursing and other services come along with the aging of the population.Under the background of high and new technology,SWOT-CLPV model is applied to explore the new type of elderly care services with flexible medical and nursing integration in Harbin.The evaluation is made from the aspects of national policy,social environment,medical and nursing cost,information technology and its inhibitive,leverage effect,problem and vulnerability,and feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of collaborative governance,service procedure,financial support,talents training,etc.,in order to promote the supply-side reform of elderly care services and promote the rapid development of medical and nursing integration.关键词
