Research on the Cultivation Path of Interdisciplinary and Versatile Talents in Universities of Finance and Economics Under the New Financial Perspective

Abstract
The development of new economy urgently needs universities of finance and economics to cultivate interdisciplinary and versatile talents,and optimizing the talent cultivation system and improving the quality of interdisciplinary and versatile talents cultivation are major challenges in the reform of higher financial education.Based on the analysis of the connotation of talent cultivation in the universities of finance and economics under the perspective of new finance and economics,guided by the education concept of comprehensive practice project-driven OBE,it is proposed to build a system-coordinated talent cultivation system,construct synergistically the interdisciplinary integration of the curriculum system,teaching content,teaching resources,practice platforms and teaching workforce,establish a quality monitoring mechanism for continuous improvement of teaching,implement the practice project-driven BOPPPS teaching model,and consolidate the quality of versatile talents cultivation,which is of guidance and reference significance for universities of finance and economics to cultivate versatile talents that meet the needs of the new economic development.关键词
