某一体化分散式污水处理设备工艺分析
Analysis of Integrated Equipment Wastewater Treatment Process in Construction Project

Abstract
This study introduced an integrated wastewater treatment system with a processing capacity of 60 m3/d in a construction site project department,mainly including the process design process and process principle of the integrated equipment system,and analyzed the operation effect of the equipment.The collected wastewater was sent to the integrated equipment.First,the SS in the water was removed by efficient precipitation.Then,most of the biodegradable substances in the water were removed by MBBR(aeration+biological fillers).Finally,the wastewater was discharged after being treated by membrane filtration system.The average CODCr,ammonia nitrogen and SS of the treated tail water were 43.71,5.29 mg/L and 7.27 mg/L,respectively,indicating that the integrated treatment device had a good treatment effect on the reuse of wastewater.And the equipment integrated all parts through design optimization.The core process adopt biochemical process,which had the advantages of land saving,rapid construction,energy saving and environmental protection.It provides a certain reference for decentralized and small-scale wastewater treatment.关键词
