Abstract
In order to reduce the impact of odor generated by the production and operation of wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)on the surrounding environment,deodorization facilities mainly based on biological deodorization method and chemical washing method,activated carbon adsorption method as in-depth odor treatment or emergency measures are widely used in WWTPs.By analyzing the operation effect of dry chemical filter material adsorption method in a,the feasibility of dry chemical filter material as a deep odor treatment process was studied.The results showed that after the dry chemical filter adsorption method,the odor concentration,hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan of fugitive emissions in the WWTP boundary were lower than the detection limit,the maximum concentration of ammonia was 0.05 mg/m3,the odor concentration of organized emission from the exhaust cylinder was lower than 100,the ammonia,hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan were lower than the detection limit,and the average removal rates of odor concentration,ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were 82.29%,76.41%and 92.88%,respectively.For WWTPs built in environmentally sensitive areas,the use of dry chemical filter adsorption method as the odor depth treatment process has good treatment effect and wide application prospects.关键词
