Abstract
The influent from a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in an industrial new district of Shandong is mainly textile dyeing and finishing industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater.The main process route is"industrial wastewater pretreatment process+domestic wastewater pretreatment process+mixed wastewater treatment process".Industrial wastewater pretreatment process adopts"anaerobic tank+hypoxia tank+aeration regulation tank+aerobic tank+primary sedimentation tank+ozone advanced oxidation tank"treatment,and domestic wastewater pretreatment process adopts"coarse grid+lifting pump station+fine grid+sedimentation tank"treatment.After the textile dyeing and finishing industrial wastewater is treated to the A level criteria of Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge to Municipal Sewers(GB/T 31962-2015),it is then mixed with domestic wastewater for treatment.The mixed wastewater(industrial+domestic)treatment process adopts"anaerobic+hypoxia+two-stage AO+MBR+ozone contact oxidation+disinfection contact tank"for continuous operation for 12 months.The actual data prove that the treated effluent water quality can reach first A criteria in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB/T 18918-2002),and it is discharged into the Chaiwen River.关键词
