Abstract

The designed capacity of the 2nd wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Chenjiang subdistrict office of Huizhou is 1 x 105 m3/d,built in underground type,The quality of effluent meets the standard class Ⅳ of surface water(except TN,other indices reach the surface class Ⅳ standard).For this purpose,the treatment process include pretreatment,AAO+membrane biological reaction and UV disinfection.The membrane grid adopts the inward flow mesh grid,and the gap between the grid strips is 1 mm.The total residence time of AAO biological tank is 9.6 h,the effective water depth is 6.0 m,the aerator pipe adopts the membrane tube microporous aerator,and the gas-water ratio is 4.71∶1.MBR membrane type is hollow fiber membrane,membrane aperture is not more than 0.1 μm,the average operating flux is 12.50 L/(m2·h).The operation floor is divided into 9 fire protection zones,each fire protection zone is equipped with automatic spray system,and the area is not more than 2 000 m2.The corridor floor area is maintenance platform,and the number of users is not more than 10 people at the same time,the fire protection zones are not considered.The effluent reached the standard stably during the trial operation with 25 000~35 000 m3 of daily intake.
