摘要

Abstract

Clostridium perfringensare widely existing pathogenic bacteria in natural environment.It is a routine test item in National Standard for Food Safety Drinking Natural Mineral Water(GB 8538-2016).With the increasing attention to the microbial safety of drinking water,the detection method of Clostridium perfringens had been added to the recently released Standards Examination Methodsfor Drinking Water——Part 12:Microbiological Indices(GB/T 5750.12-2023).In this paper,the testing method was optimized from the aspects of consumables and testing conditions.The results showed that the culture medium,filter material,pore size and film sticking method had important effects on the detection results.The conclusion was that the finished medium was used and the disposable mixed cellulose filter membrane(0.22 µm),reverse attached to the culture medium and cultured at 36~37 ℃can improve the accuracy of detection.
