Abstract
In order to solve the problem of insufficient adhesion of thermal insulation mortar,the effects of dispersible emulsion powder on dry density,mechanical properties,thermal conductivity and linear shrinkage of thermal insulation mortar were studied.The results show that the dry density of mortar decreases first and then increases with the increase of emulsion powder content,but the dry density of mortar with different emulsion powder content has little difference in general.With the increase of emulsion powder content,the compressive strength of mortar gradually decreases and the tensile bond strength gradually increases.When the content of emulsion powder is greater than 1.5%,the tensile bond strength of mortar is basically unchanged with the increase of the content of emulsion powder.The thermal conductivity of mortar decreases first and then increases with the increase of emulsion powder content.With the increase of emulsion powder content,the linear shrinkage rate of mortar at different ages showed a decreasing trend.When the emulsion powder content continues to increase,the linear shrinkage rate of mortar decreases slowly.关键词
