摘要

Abstract

The study shows that the optimal modulus of water glass for gold tailings aerated concrete is between 1.1 and 1.2,and the optimal mixing amount is 2%.At this time,the 28 d compressive strength of gold tailings aerated products is 4 MPa,the dry density is 600 kg/m3,and the strength density ratio is 0.66.Analysis of XRD and SEM shows that the hydration products of gold tailings autoclaved aerated concrete mainly include tomolite and calcium silicate gel,and the pore structure;the analysis of SEM shows that the introduction of excitation agent can effectively promote the formation of tomolite and improve the pore structure.Therefore,the autoclaved aerated concrete of gold tailings can obtain the better aerated products under the appropriate ratio,a certain steaming system and adding an appropriate amount of stimulating agent.
