摘要

Abstract

The shield tunnel of a certain highway project requires a vertically orthogonal immersed tube tunnel to pass through the upper part,which may cause ground deformation during the construction process.In order to prevent this situation,research has been conducted on the influencing factors of deformation.After preliminary judgment,the main influencing factors include the support force of the tunnel face,the engineering characteristics of the soil layer between the upper and lower tunnels,and the net distance between the upper and lower tunnels.The research process utilized ABAQUS software to establish a construction model,and conducted single factor simulation and multi factor orthogonal experimental simulation for the orthogonal crossing deformation problem of shield tunnels.The maximum settlement of the immersed tube tunnel bottom plate,maximum convergence of the immersed tube,and maximum deflection of the immersed tube tunnel under different working conditions were compared.The results show that the support force of the palm face is the main deformation influencing factor,while the other factors are secondary.
