Abstract
Small and medium-sized construction enterprises are the key force for the comprehensive application and promotion of BIM technology,to solve the problems in the application and promotion of BIM technology in small and medium-sized construction enterprises is the key to promote the development of BIM technology.Based on the principal component analysis method,the 13 influencing factors obtained by the questionnaire were reduced to five categories:organization and personnel,learning and technology,mechanism and norms,market and environment,and economy and policy.Based on the factor analysis,targeted strategies and suggestions were put forward for various factors.关键词
