政府自然灾害救济与政策性农业保险发展关系研究
Study on Relationship between Government Natural Disaster Relief and Policy-oriented Agricultural Insurance:A Case Study of Jiangsu Province
摘要
Abstract
Based on the data of natural disaster relief and policy-oriented agricultural insurance premium income of Jiangsu Province from 2007 to 2020,this paper established a vector autoregression(VAR)model,and analyzed the dynamic relationship between them by impulse response method and variance decomposition method.The results showed that there was a long-term equilibrium relationship between the premium income of policy-oriented agricultural insurance and the relief cost of natural disaster,and the two had positive effects on each other.Therefore,it was suggested that the government should continue to strengthen publicity,develop agricultural insurance with local characteristics,timely and reasonably distribute the relief costs of natural disasters,and promote the effective income increase of policy-oriented agricultural insurance.关键词
