国外医防融合全科人才培养对我国医学教育的启示
The Enlightenment to China's Medical Education From the Training of General Medical Personnel in Foreign Countries of the Medical-prevention Integration

Abstract
As providers who simultaneously offer disease diagnosis and treatment as well as health services,general practitioners are becoming increasingly important in providing primary healthcare services.The transformation of the current model for training general practitioners has become an urgent task in medical education.This paper analyzes the current state of practice and research on domestic talent cultivation for integrated medical and health care in general practitioner training through literature review.It addresses issues such as the separation between medicine and public health education within domestic general practitioner education programs,lack of strategies to improve knowledge and skills related to integrated medical and health care among trainees at general practitioner positions.Drawing on experiences from countries such as the United States and Britain regarding practices for cultivating integrated medical-healthcare talents among general practitioners,this article proposes building a system for educational training that integrates medicine with public health care while improving supporting legal regulations and policy documents.Standardization should be prioritized while refining suggestions regarding management strategies for training integrated medical-healthcare talents among general practitioners.关键词
