窝沟封闭术操作流程的研究进展
Research Progress on the Operation Process of Pit and Fissure Sealant

Abstract
Caries is one of the most prevalent chronic diseases of children worldwide,especially pit and fissure caries.Because of the inability of saliva to flow into narrow fissures,it lacks the washing effect,and remineralization agents are currently not widely used in pediatric oral treatment,so it is characterized by high prevalence and low treatment rate.Scholars proposed the concept of pit and fissure sealant in the 1950s,whereby the pit and fissures are covered with sealing material,then isolate bacterial invasion by establishing a physical barrier,which enhance the self-cleaning function of the tooth and then protect the dental tissue.Over the decades,not only have the techniques of moisture isolation and sealing materials been greatly developed,but the application of laser and other pretreatment methods on tooth surface has also improved the retention rate and anticaries rate of sealants.The successful treatment of pediatric dental patients also depends on effective communication and the formulation of personalized behavior guidance according to the treatment needs of child.Integrating all the aspects,current pit and fissure sealing technology has matured and become one of the most effective measures to prevent the occurrence of pit and fissure caries.The article mainly focuses on the review of technical progress,operation procedures and precautions,with a view to providing reference for pediatric dentists in clinical operations.关键词
