摘要

Abstract

[Objective]This study was conducted to understand the immunological antibody level of Newcastle Disease Virus(NDV)in poultry farms in Jiangxi Province.[Method]The total number of 1 153 serum samples from some poultry farms in Yichun,Shangrao,Fuzhou,Jiujiang and Ganzhou in Jiangxi Province from 2020 to 2022 were tested to analyze the antibody level of NDV.[Result]The results showed that the positive rate of NDV antibody was 91.5%.Among them,the positive rates of Newcastle Disease Virus antibody in Yichun City,Shangrao City,Jiujiang City and Ganzhou were 94.7%,95.6%,88.5%and 71.9%,respectively,all exceeding the requirement of 70%stipulated by The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.However,the positive rate of NDV antibody in Fuzhou City was only 69.4%.The positive rates of NDV antibody in 5 cities of Jiangxi Province had shown an increasing trend in the past three years from 2020 to 2022.While,the rates were relatively low in chicken flocks in spring and winter.The average titer of NDV antibody in different regions of 5 cities in Jiangxi Province was over 4 Log2,mostly distributed between 6 Log2-9 Log2.[Conclusion]In recent years in Jiangxi Province,there has been a relatively high level of NDV antibody,with a gradual increase year by year.
