新形势下"食品营养学"课程的教学改革探索
Exploration and Reform of Teaching in the Course of Food Nutrition under New Situation
摘要
Abstract
Food Nutrition is a compulsory course for both majors of"Food Quality and Food Safety"and"Food Science and Engineering".It has some strong characteristics,including scientificity,sociality and applicability.At present,nutrition and health are getting more and more attention at both individual and national levels.However,the quantity and quality of relevant professionals still need to be improved.In this paper,the teaching status and main existing problems of Food nutrition in Jiangxi Agricultural University were analyzed,and then active reforms about the teaching mode,curriculum assessment,practical teaching were also explored.After that,our reforms aim to provide a reference for the course construction of Food nutrition and food professional personnel training under the new situation.关键词
