Teaching Reform of the Course of Food Biochemistry Based on Logical Thinking and Innovation Ability Training under the Background of New Engineering

Abstract
The main task of higher engineering education is to improve students'engineering practice and innovation ability under the background of New Engineering.The essence of higher education is to cultivate innovative talents,for which logical thinking is an important prerequisite as well as the basis for inspiring students to carry out innovative activities.Biochemistry is an important professional basic course in the field of life science,and also a leading subject with complex knowledge and rich logic.Combining with the teaching practice of the course of Food Biochemistry in Jiangxi Agricultural University,this paper discussed some methods and experiences to improve students'logical thinking and innovation ability in the teaching reform.Training students'logical thinking and innovation ability in the theory and experimental practice of Food Biochemistry will not only help students learn this course well,but also help to cultivate high-quality and innovative engineering talents.关键词
