Abstract
Taking the development path of Engineering Procurement Construction at Zhejiang Province Institute of Architectural Design and Research as an example,this article reviews the development process and transformation selection process of the institute,summarizes the development experience from the perspective of conceptual change and advantage agglomeration,shares the practical experience of the two projects of Zhijiang Cultural Center and China National Archives of Publications and Culture Hangzhou Branch,and achieves the formation of an effective model for organizational management integration,design and construction coordination,and cost management full process,as well as efficient risk prevention and control.关键词
