Challenges and Countermeasures in Flexible Employment of Engineering Survey and Design Enterprises in the Digital Era
摘要
Abstract
In the era of the digital economy,the rise of flexible employment has brought opportunities and challenges to engineering survey and design enterprises.Flexible employment promotes refined management and low-cost operation of enterprises,helps them efficiently adapt to market and business changes,and achieves high-quality and long-term development.However,flexible employment may bring problems to enterprises such as uncontrollable personnel management,difficulty in improving technical quality,confusion of employment relationships,violation of financial and tax management,and dilution of corporate culture.It is recommended that engineering survey and design enterprises accurately classify and implement employment,digitize task information and standardize employment procedures,select compliant flexible employment platforms,strengthen corporate culture training,and improve co-creation and sharing mechanisms,so as to effectively promote the implementation of flexible employment modes and adapt to the development needs of the digital economy.关键词
