摘要

Abstract

EPC projects are currently the primary contracting mode for engineering projects,enablingthe first party to transfer risks and imposing higher technical and managerial requirements on the general contractor.This paper addresses the issues and challenges in the marketing stage by utilizing a case study of a maternity and child hospital project.By integrating design and marketing and applying value engineering techniques,the paper aims to leverage the potential of design management in enhancing value for all parties involved,including the owner,the first party,and the general contractor.Through harnessing the professional expertise of design,the paper supports value-added services and provides management strategies for bidding and value enhancement in EPC projects.
