Abstract
Under the EPC general contracting mode,it is necessary for the hospital owner to conduct all-rounded supervision and management of the engineering project to ensure that the project is completed in accordance with the contract requirements and the expected results are achieved.Efficient management strategies can guarantee that the hospital owner successfully completes the project construction.Taking the complex building construction project of Y Maternal and Child Health Hospital as an example,the efficient management strategies of the hospital owner under the EPC general contracting mode were explored in this research,so as to provide beneficial opinions for the hospital owner.关键词
