双波热作用下江西准低温粮仓围护结构非平衡隔热研究
Non-balanced Insulation Design for Envelope of Jiangxi Quasi-low Temperature Granary under Two-wave Heat Effect

Abstract
In order to solve the high temperature phenomenon of grain pile inside the granary,non-balanced insulation research of the granary envelope structure was carried out,so as to improve the stability of grain pile during the storage procedure.The baseline model of Zhangshu East Station horizontal warehouse in Yichang,Jiangxi Province,were obtained through field survey.The effect of solar radiation in the heat transfer process of the envelope was demonstrated by calculating the instable periodic heat transfer and the necessity of non-balanced insulation design for envelope under two-wave heat effect were clarified.Under the constraint of inner surface temperature below 20℃,the heat transfer coefficient limits[unit W/(m2·k)]based on non-balanced heat transfer insulation design of the east faced,south faced,west faced,north faced and roof are 0.41,0.46,0.40,0.49,0.20,respectively.The results can be used as reference for the quasi-low temperature reconstruction and design of grain storage buildings in Jiangxi Province.关键词
