基于AHP层次分析法的老旧社区多代际共享空间更新策略研究

Abstract
Based on the background of global aging,a large number of old communities are faced with the problem of renewal.While improving the living environment of the community,we should also pay attention to the spiritual needs of the elderly,establish and build a"Senior friendly"social environment.Focusing on the Wangguanzhuang District of Wolong Road in Central Jinan City,the paper proposes a"Multi-generational shared space-centered vitality zone",based on the results of field research,data statistics and YAAHP,the construction of multi-generation shared space can activate multi-industries,simultaneously realize multigenerational public service facilities and road landscape renewal,create a new era community with humanistic characteristics and spiritual vitality,it provides reference and reference for the renewal of the old community in the future.关键词
