Abstract
With the continuous development of the city,the topic of renovation of old urban areas is always along with it.According to statistics,the more core areas in Beijing,the higher the housing prices,the more old neighborhoods and the lower the quality of life.This is mainly because Beijing,as the ancient capital of the seven dynasties,has a large number of Hutong in the east and west of the city with relatively low building density.Most of the courtyards in these Hutong have been turned into large miscellaneous courtyards as history changes,and while the profound cultural heritage has given the Hutong areas a splendid appearance,it has also left behind problems that are hard to overcome.Due to the lack of timely and effective renewal,the Hutong in the old city have failed to meet people's growing material life pursuit.In this paper,we will analyze the existing system from the current situation of Hutong renovation,and propose a"light intervention"approach to micro-renewal,using a"light system"structure strategy in the construction method to provide new impetus for Hutong spatial renovation and urban micro-renewal.This is a new impetus for Hutong space renovation and urban micro-renewal.关键词
