The Application Conditions and Implementation Plans of Pilot Citeis of China's Industry and Finance Cooperation Policy

Abstract
The practice of industry and finance cooperation helps to strengthen the benign interaction between industry and finance and build a mutually beneficial and win-win economic system.Focusing on pilot cities of industry and finance cooperation,and analyzes the pilot cities from the basic situation of the pilot cities and relevant documents.The results show that,first,urban scale,GDP and industrial structure are not the decisive factors to be included in the pilot list.Second,the pilot cities are able to draw up implementation plans based on the content of the industry and finance cooperation pilot notification,and focus on five aspects:industry and finance cooperation platform,science and technology innovation finance,diversified financing model,government support and industry chain finance.Finally,the summary of the pilot outcomes shows that science and technology and government factors play an important role in the industry and finance cooperation.关键词
