Investigation and Countermeasure of 33 Policies of Science Reform in Guangxi
摘要
Abstract
Science and technology policy is the"compass"to promote the development of science and technology innovation,and is an important supporting condition to enhance the strength of national and regional science and technology innovation.The Central Economic Work Conference listed"science and technology policy to be firmly implemented"as one of the seven tasks of key deployment in 2022,highlighting the urgency and arduousness of science and technology policy implementation.The study takes the implementation of"33 Policies of Science Reform in Guangxi"as an example.Based on the analysis of the tracking survey data of 100 universities and institutes,1000 science and technology enterprises and 10,000 scientific researchers included in the implementation of"33 Policies of Science Reform in Guangxi"and"tens of millions"action list,research and put forward the status quo,effects and problems of the implementation of the"33 Policies of Science Reform in Guangxi",and put forward countermeasures to promote the solid implementation of the"33 Policies of Science Reform in Guangxi",providing important decision-making references for government departments to promote the solid implementation of science and technology policies.关键词
