摘要

Abstract

Considering the lack of experimental data for spiral-wound heat exchanger under high mass flow conditions,an experimental system for the flow and heat transfer characteristics of cryogenic mixed hydrocarbon working medium has been built to meet the requirements of experimental control,data acquisition and analysis.The experimental system includes compressor,cooling tower,chiller,freezer,low-temperature liquefaction heat exchanger,electric heater,test sample and other key experimental equipment,which can carry out the process of compression-cooling liquefaction-control and gasification of main mixed hydrocarbon working fluid.The mass flow density ranges from 20~120 kg/(m2·s).The temperature error of the experimental platform is±0.1℃,the system pressure error is less than 10 kPa,the pressure drop error is less than 2 kPa,the vapor quality error is less than 1.4%.Under the conditions of 0.4 vapor quality and 120 kg/(m2·s)mass flow density,the system was smoothly operated with stable data obtained.
