高镍三元前驱体洗涤过滤一体机搅拌装置设计

Abstract
In order to improve the washing effect of lithium-ion high nickel ternary precursor products,taking the process data of a certain high nickel ternary precursor as an example,the structure and parameters of the stirring device were designed.Through analysis,it was found that there is a low flow velocity in the axial center area of the double layer inclined impeller,which affects the washing effect of the product.It is needed to improve the structure of the lower layer impeller,and then a combined impeller was proposed.The influence of the installation position of the stirring impeller on the stirring effect and flow dead zones was studied.The results show that the mixing intensity of combined impeller is enhanced somewhat compared to that of the double-layer inclined impeller,and the material deposition problem is improved;after the installation position of the mixing impeller is increased,the turbulent area and intensity are significantly reduced,which is not conducive to material washing.Through practical application,the sodium content of precursor material was reduced to 0.015%,and the sulfur content was reduced to 0.14%,thus the washing effect was promoted.关键词
