角蛋白植酸涂层棉织物的协同阻燃效果
Synergistic flame retardancy of keratin/phytic acid coated cotton fabric

Abstract
In order to better promote the flame retardant application of biomass material,keratin(WK)and phytic acid(PA)were used as flame retardants for the flame retardant finishing of cotton fabric by dipping-rolling-spraying method,and the synergistic effect on cotton fabric was investigated.The burning performances of different cotton fabrics were tested by infrared spectrometer,limiting oxygen index meter,thermal analyser,micro combustion calorimeter and so on.The results showed that the damaged length of WK/PA compound finished fabrics was decreases from 30 cm to 15 cm,the minimum was 4.5 cm.The limiting oxygen index was increased from 18%to 28.4%,the maximum was 33.3%,and there was no continuous combustion and smoldering,which produced a better flame retardant effect.It is considered that the method can effectively solve the smoldering problem of cotton fabric and provide an effective solution for the flame retardant modification of cotton fabric.关键词
