摘要

Abstract

Method of centrifugal air compressor heat recovery in textile mills was discussed.Basic requirements of centrifugal air compressor heat recovery were introduced.Principle,advantages and disadvantages of three centrifugal air compressor heat recovery methods were analyzed,including series secondary and tertiary coolers,reforming the cooler core and re-designing cooler.The way to improve the utilization rate of heat recovery and the use process of heat recovery system were discussed.It was pointed out that compression heat of textile mills was huge,and the heat recovery modification of centrifugal air compressor was very necessary.Enterprises should choose the appropriate heat recovery method of centrifugal air compressor according to their own needs on the basis of ensuring the normal operation of air compressor,and the overall heat recovery system should be rationally designed,which ensure the modification could achieve better results.
