Design of bag cutting apparatus of the belt and packaging bag automatic removal machine for fiber bale
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve production efficiency and achieve efficient removal and recovery of the plastic packaging bags for fiber bale,the structures of lateral and bottom bag cutting device and bag removal device of the belt and packaging bag automatic removal machine for fiber bales of the reciprocating automatic bale plucker were introduced.Bag cutting device was designed,including the design of sawtooth cutter,the rotating platform of bottom bag cutting device and the sliding device of lateral bag cutting device.The specific selection of synchronous belt for the sawtooth cutter was determined by theoretical calculation.The motor was adopted as the driving part for the sawtooth cutter,while the classical V-belt was taken as the transmission part to transmit the power to the synchronous belt.Y90L-2 standard motor and V belt were selected by calculating.The apparatus could effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers and had positive significance to reduce costs and increase efficiency of enterprises.关键词
