Abstract
The application effect of cotton tuft blending technology was discussed.The principle of cotton tuft blending technology was introduced.By finely weighing the cotton tuft after opening and premixing different fiber raw materials,and then entering the carding machine after fine opening.The blending ratio of different fibers was more accurate and the distribution in the yarn section was more uniform,the color difference and unevenness of the sliver mixing were avoided.The advantages of cotton tuft blending technology were analyzed.The practice showed that the multi-component fiber blending adopted the cotton tuft blending technology,which combined opening,weighing,cotton tuft and time difference,blending uniformity and blending ratio deviation of yarn raw materials were improved,labor intensity was reduced and the production efficiency was improved.It is considered that in the application of cotton tuft blending technology,existing some contradictions such as opening volume is too large,the impurity removal is insufficient and the carding could not be taken into account.It is necessary to improve the fineness of opening and develop new carding equipment.关键词
