竹节纱竹节参数与捻度分布的关系研究
Research on the relationship between slub parameter and twist distribution of slub yarn
摘要
Abstract
The twist distribution law of slub yarn was discussed.The design twist,slub length,slub distance and slub multiple were taken as the research objects.The relationships between the variation of these slub parameters in the set range and the twist of slub part and base yarn part were studied.Multiple linear relationship fitting model of twist of slub and base yarn with the four factors were constructed respectively.The slub yarn was spun by practical production technology,the fitting model of twist of slub and base yarn was verified.The results showed that within the range of the designed parameters,the fitting accuracy of the twist of the slub yarn and the twist of the base yarn can be reached 96.73%and 97.99%respectively.关键词
