美国情报界对华威胁认知演进及趋势分析
Analysis on Evolution and Trend of the U.S.Intelligence Community's Perception of Threat towards China
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]By analyzing the section on threat perceptions towards China in the Annual Threat Assessment of The U.S.Intelligence Community report,we can better understand the evolution and trend of the U.S.Intelligence Community's perception of threat towards China.[Research method]This thesis takes the10 Annual Threat Assessment of The U.S.Intelligence Community reports released by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence of the United States since 2013 as research objects and adopts content analysis and logical analysis as research methods to identify changes in the U.S.Intelligence Community's perception of threat posed by China,and focuses on the research and judgment of the trend of threat perceptions towards China.[Research conclusion]The perception has evolved in stages,namely threats in East Asia,primary regional threats,and top global threats.And as for the trend of the perception,focus will be placed on China's technological threat,"digital authoritarianism",the Taiwan Strait conflict,and commercial space sector in the fu-ture.In response,our country needs to take threat perceptions as the starting point,optimize national security intelligence work,continue to promote scientific and technological innovation,strengthen cognitive fight,and promote multilateral exchanges in the Indo-Pacific re-gion.关键词
