Reflection on Intelligence-Centralism:The Change of Perspectives on the Relationship between"Intelligence and Decision-making"

Abstract
[Research purpose]The study of the relationship between intelligence and decision-making is an important topic of intelli-gence study.It is related to the performance of intelligence functions and the effectiveness of decision-making.Intelligence scholars are committed to strengthening the intervention of intelligence in decision-making in order to increase the influence of intelligence,but they are easy to fall into an intelligence-centralism stance.Research on it will help reveal the essential connotation of the two,overcome the shortcomings of intelligence-centralism,and promote a virtuous circle of the relationship between these two.[Research method]Firstly,I sorted out the concept and basic types of intelligence-centralism,and then questioned intelligence-centralism from the perspective of in-telligence and decision-making following three different operating logics.On this basis,the idea of overcoming intelligence-centralism is proposed.[Research conclusion]Intelligence-centralism has two basic types:direct promotion and indirect promotion.Intelligence and decision-making have their own operating logic,and we'd better follow the shared decision-making model to optimize the relationship be-tween intelligence and decision-making.关键词
