国家情报工作制度创新的基本逻辑研究
Research on Basic Logic about Innovation of National Intelligence Work System
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]The management of national intelligence work has been is a new era of reform and development which the reform of national intelligence work system is imperative.This study takes the system theory as the guide and the practice of the intelli-gence work system as the reality reference to explore the law of the innovation of the national information work system.[Research meth-od]On the premise of clarifying the basic concepts related to the institutional system innovation of national intelligence work,it introduces the achievements of institutional theory to systematically analyze the logic of system innovation of national intelligence work from three as-pects which are innovation motivation,innovation path and impact factors[Research conclusion]The impetus for the innovation of the national intelligence work system comes from the appeal for the benefits of national security and development decision-making.Structural innovation is the main path for the innovation of the national intelligence work system.Science and technology,intelligence culture and theoretical research of intelligence work are the factors that influence the innovation of the intelligence work system.关键词
