Research on the Model Construction and Countermeasures of International Intelligence Analysis Cooperation:From the Perspective of Organizational Theory

Abstract
[Research purpose]Intelligence analysis is not only the core of national intelligence but also an important aspect of internation-al intelligence cooperation.Exploring the feasible mode of intelligence analysis cooperation is conducive to deepening the understanding of intelligence cooperation and providing useful reference for carrying out relevant practical work.[Research method]This research combines the research framework of organization theory with intelligence theory,explores and builds intelligence analysis cooperation models suitable for different scenarios and conditions,and provides targeted suggestions to improve the efficiency of intelligence analysis cooperation from relevant perspective.[Research conclusion]The research constructs the analytical cooperation models applicable to small,large and inde-pendent organizations from levels of individuals,groups and organizations.Theoretically,these models can maximize the efficiency of an-alytical cooperation in corresponding situations.By strengthening individual communication,group cooperation,organizational division of labor and system design and other measures,it can further prevent cooperative organizations from falling into the cognitive biases of mind-set and group thinking,and maintain the objectivity and sustainability of intelligence analysis cooperation.关键词
