Integration of Enterprise Compliance Management and Competitive Intelligence:an Empirical Analysis of HR Group
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]Based on the basic theories of enterprise compliance management,this paper analyzes the commonalities and opposites of compliance management and competitive intelligence,sorts out the important role of the integration of compliance man-agement and competitive intelligence,which is verified by the practice of HR Group,and proposes the concrete path for realization of the integration.[Research method]By using the methods of literature analysis and case study,this paper combines the theory of enterprise compliance and competitive intelligence with the practice of Chinese enterprises,and analyzes the basis,function and mode of integration of enterprise compliance and competitive intelligence.[Research conclusion]Competitive intelligence can promote the effective imple-mentation of compliance management,and compliance management can promote the realization of the value of competitive intelligence.Through the integration bridge of"the shadow team",in-depth integration of enterprise compliance management and competitive intelli-gence can be realized from the three aspects of organization,process and platform.关键词
