Research on the Construction and Evaluation of the Index System of Public Library's Service Brand Influence in China

Abstract
[Research purpose]This paper evaluates the service brand influence of Chinese public libraries and reveals the level of their brand construction and the existing problems in different regions in order to provide reference for the development of Chinese public library cause.[Research method]Through literature review and expert opinion consultation,a public library's service brand evaluation index sys-tem is constructed,including 4 dimensions of brand infrastructure,brand development resources,brand service quality and brand commu-nication and promotion.The entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the service brand development level of 40 public libraries above the sub-provincial level.[Research conclusion]The service brand influence of public libraries in economically developed areas and provincial public libraries is more prominent.Some sub-provincial libraries also perform well.The results of service brand influence rating are similar to but not completely equivalent to the results of the sixth national public library rating at or above the county level.关键词
