Risk Patterns and Regulations of Online Public Opinion Security in the Context of ChatGPT

Abstract
[Research purpose]The evolution trajectory of network public opinion is usually consistent with the information dissemination logic of Internet space.ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence technology successfully reconstructs public opinion through information trans-formation in interaction with audience information,causing cognitive opposition and value conflicts between audiences,resulting in diverse risks to network public opinion security.Studying the risk of public opinion change in the context of ChatGPT artificial intelligence is of practical significance for promoting the security of online public opinion.[Research method]This study reviews the social development status of ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence through descriptive research,analyzes the presentation mode of online public opinion,studies and evaluates the risk pattern of online public opinion that may be caused by ChatGPT artificial intelligence,and puts forward targeted measures for further maintaining the security of online public opinion.[Research conclusion]When ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence intervenes in the dissemination of online public opinion,it may lead to network public opinion risks such as frequent cyclic reversal of pub-lic opinion,diffuse compound public opinion spread,the emergence of framed issue public opinion,and the existence of intermittent ex-plosive public opinion.It is necessary to improve the post-event checkkeeping system of ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence to reduce the circulation of false online public opinion information;Develop ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence transmission and early warning technol-ogy to enhance the security of online public opinion information;Improve the legal regulation of ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence,and stabilize the security of online public opinion information;These measures aim to promote the safe dissemination and healthy development of online public opinion.关键词
