Research on Public Opinion Evolution and Early Warning Strategy Based on Actor-Network Theory

Abstract
[Research purpose]Facing the frequent occurrence of online public opinion events,it is meaningful and important to adopt sci-entific methods to study the evolution of online public opinion,thereby efficiently monitoring and warning,and propose targeted warning strategies.[Research method]Based on the summary of previous research results,this study constructed an analytical framework based on actor network theory,and used qualitative analysis,case analysis,and other methods to deconstruct the 23 real online public opinion cases triggered by emergencies selected.The focus was on exploring the development process of actor aggregation translation,identifying the process of actor translation changes,especially the role and functional transformation of new and old actors,Analyzed the evolution mechanism of current online public opinion.[Research conclusion]Through the above analysis,we find the currently prominent issues in the dissemination of online public opinion information are:"multi-level platform dissemination",increasing dimensions of benefits from user to community dissemination,and post truth equality where emotions are superior to facts.We propose relevant warning strategies for semantic coupling,geographic coupling,human-machine coupling,and monitoring and warning feedback mechanisms to address the a-bove issues,for reference in practical decision-making.关键词
