Paths for National Security Discipline Construction towards Modernizing National Security System and Capacity

Abstract
[Research purpose]In the new era,modernizing National Security System and Capacity(NSSC)is a major strategic deploy-ment for safeguarding national security.Driven by this strategy,the construction and development of national security discipline should re-spond to and serve to modernize NSSC.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out a study on the paths for national security disci-pline construction towards modernizing NSSC.[Research method]By using the theoretical reasoning and modeling methods,from two perspectives of national security incidents and national security,this paper builds a model for three elements of national security incidents(national security incident system)and a national security system model.Based on these,this article proposes the paths for national secur-ity discipline construction towards modernizing NSSC.[Research conclusion]Results of this study show that,the paths for national secur-ity discipline construction towards modernizing NSSC includes the path to remedy NSSC defects from a national security incident perspec-tive,and the path to improve the national security system and enhance the national security capability from a national security perspective.关键词
