痛风合并2型糖尿病危险因素分析
ANALYSIS OF RISK FACTORS OF GOUT COMPLICATED WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical features of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with gout and related risk factors,and to provide evidence for the precise prevention and control of gout complicated with T2DM.Methods The clinical data of 3 334 gout patients were collected from the gout clinic of The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University.The clinical charac-teristics of gout patients with T2DM and those without T2DM were compared.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors for gout patients with T2DM.Results Age,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,body mass index,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,serum uric acid,glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),fractional excretion of uric acid,duration,etc clinical characteristics were statistically dif-ferent in gout patients with and without T2DM(Z=-12.942,-5.569;t=-45.652-7.582;P＜0.05).The Logistic regression analysis showed that age,tophus,obesity/overweight,hypertension,hyperlipidemia and renal insufficiency were risk factors for gout combined with T2DM(OR=1.347-2.326,95％CI=1.003-2.980,P＜0.05).Conclusion Gout patients with T2DM tend to have an older age,have higher levels of blood pressure,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,blood triglyceride,total cholesterol,a lower eGFR and a longer disease duration.Old age,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,obesity,and renal impairment are risk factors for gout complicated with T2DM.关键词
