PRP并髋关节外科脱位打压植骨支撑术治疗早期股骨头坏死效果
EFFECT OF PLATELET-RICH PLASMA PLUS SURGICAL HIP DISLOCATION COMBINED WITH IMPACTING BONE GRAFTS IN THE TREATMENT OF EARLY-STAGE OSTEONECROSIS OF THE FEMORAL HEAD

Abstract
Objective To observe the short-term clinical efficacy and safety of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)plus surgical hip dislocation combined with impacting bone grafts in the treatment of early-stage osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH).Methods A total of 60 patients with ONFH(60 hips)were selected and divided into observation group and control group accor-ding to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group received PRP injection plus surgical hip dislocation combined with impacting bone grafts,while those in the control group received surgical hip dislocation combined with impacting bone grafts.The postoperative follow-up period was 12-18 months(mean:(14.50±2.36)months).Harris hip scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,postoperative drainage volume,and postoperative complications were com-pared between the two groups.Results All surgical incisions in the two groups healed by first intention without complications such as infection and venous thrombosis.At 12 months postoperatively,Harris hip score and VAS score were improved in both groups,and were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(t=5.625,3.702;P<0.05).Moreover,the drainage volume in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(t=-4.60,P<0.05).Conclusion PRP plus surgical hip dislocation combined with impacting bone grafts has good short-term efficacy in the treatment of early-stage ONFH,without serious complications.This method is worthy of further clinical application.关键词
