Abstract
The efficacy and mechanism of Rhodiola rosea on skin were studied by network pharmacology and reverse molecular docking technology,and the material basis of Rhodiola rosea in skin beauty was predicted.The effective components of Rhodiola rosea were collected and screened with the database of CNKI,and then the potential target of Rhodiola rosea was obtained via Discovery Studio.The skin target was obtained via the databases of NCBI and GeneCards,and then the intersection targets of Rhodiola rosea and skin were obtained via Venny 2.1.0.The results showed that there were many targets in rhodioloside,Velutin,quercetin,Rosavin,Rhodiosin and Herbacetin,which might play the roles of anti-aging,whitening and anti-oxidation through CDK2,GSK3B,TNKS2 and CHEK1.关键词
