Abstract
Through zebrafish experiment and cell scratch test,the effects of camellia extract on the tail length of zebrafish after dehydration,the number of inflammatory cells at the broken tail of zebrafish,the relative expression level of col1a1a gene,and cell migration were studied,so as to study the efficacy of camellia extract in moisturizing,soothing,anti-wrinkling,and repairing.The results showed that 0.005%camellia extract could significantly inhibit the dehydration reaction of zebrafish tail induced by sodium chloride,significantly inhibit the accumulation of inflammatory cells at the injury site of 3dpf tail fin,significantly increase the relative expression of col1a1a gene in zebrafish,and significantly increase the cell migration after cell scratches.Therefore,the camellia extract had the efficacy of moisturizing,soothing,anti-wrinkling and repairing.关键词
