摘要

Abstract

The relationship between Malassezia species and dandruff was reviewed.The potential inhibitory targets of Malassezia species including lipases,β-carbonic anhydrase,iron enzymes,and cell membrane/cell wall.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used anti-dandruff agents such as piroctone olamine,climbazole,selenium disulphide,and zinc pyrithione were introduced,as well as the targets for their action on Malassezia species.Several new inhibitory components against Malassezia species,such as plant extracts,polypeptides and synthetic molecules involved in domestic and foreign research,were also summarized,which might provide reference for the development of new anti-dandruff agents or anti-dandruff composites.
