Research on the Implementation Mechanism and Path of the"Two Responsibilities"for Food Safety:Taking Shaoxing as An Example

Abstract
The"two responsibilities"working mechanism for food safety,which refers to the territorial responsibility and entity responsibility,is an important dimension and institutional guarantee for food safety work in the new era.In order to effectively improve the full process management of food safety risks and safeguard the food safety for the people,this study adopts the literature research method and empirical research method,and collects and analyzes relevant literature materials.Taking Shaoxing as an example,it explores the implementation path of the"two responsibilities"implementation mechanism in the field of food safety,providing reference for food safety management in other regions.关键词
